Cal-Hi Sports has wrapped up their preseason previews and several local players were rewarded with appearances on both their Long Beach/South Bay team and All-State team.
Serra’s Rasheem Green and John Houston made the preseason All-State first team as defenders while Stanley Norman was named as an multi-purpose selection. North Torrance’s Mique Juarez was named to the preseason All-State third team as a multi-purpose selection and was one of only eight juniors on any of the tree teams.
All four made the preseason Long Beach/South Bay team as did El Segundo duo Nick Karseboom and Lars Nootbaar, Redondo’s Cedric Muzik, Palos Verdes’ Lucas Cooper and Serra’s Malik Roberson.
